Job Title: AI Engineer with Google's Agent Development Kit (ADK)

Location: Richardson, TX (Day 1 Onsite, 3 days Hybrid)

Job Type: Contract (Long Term)

Experience: 10+ years

Job Overview

 

We are seeking an experienced AI Engineer to join our client's team in Richardson, TX. In this role, you will design and build intelligent agents using Google's Agent Development Kit (ADK) or comparable agent frameworks, integrating LLMs and backend services into scalable enterprise applications.

Key Responsibilities

 
  • Build and deploy AI agents using Google ADK or equivalent frameworks (LangGraph, AutoGen, CrewAI)
  • Integrate LLM APIs (Gemini, Claude, OpenAI) with robust prompt and tool design
  • Design agent architecture patterns including planning, tool orchestration, memory/state, and multi-agent coordination
  • Develop and maintain REST APIs and backend service integrations
  • Work with Google Cloud Platform services including Vertex AI, Cloud Run, IAM, and Secrets Manager
  • Collaborate with enterprise application teams to embed agents into existing products

Required Skills

 
  • Hands-on experience with Google ADK or comparable agent frameworks
  • Strong Python development skills
  • Experience with LLM APIs and prompt/tool design
  • Understanding of agent architecture patterns
  • Experience with REST APIs and backend service integration
  • Familiarity with Google Cloud Platform (Vertex AI, Cloud Run, IAM, Secrets Manager)

Preferred Skills

 
  • Experience with Model Context Protocol (MCP) or agent-to-tool integration standards
  • SQL proficiency, ideally with Snowflake (CTEs, Dynamic Tables, Views)
  • Experience with Snowflake Cortex / Cortex Analyst
  • Familiarity with Salesforce data models
  • Experience with LLM/agent evaluation frameworks
  • Background integrating agents into enterprise applications (React/Next.js, Node.js/NestJS)

Location & Work Model

 

Richardson, TX — Day 1 Onsite, transitioning to 3 days hybrid per week.
