Position: Fullstack Developer 

Location: Fremont, CA Onsite

Required Skills:

• Design, develop, and maintain scalable applications using .NET / C#, ensuring high performance, security, and reliability.
• Build responsive and dynamic user interfaces using React, collaborating closely with UI/UX teams.
• Develop and manage messaging/integration workflows using MQ (Message Queue) for reliable, asynchronous communication between services.
• Write, optimize, and maintain database queries and schemas in SQL Server or PostgreSQL, ensuring data integrity and performance.
• Work on fintech and/or payroll domain systems, understanding compliance, security, and accuracy requirements specific to financial and payroll data processing.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (QA, DevOps, Product) to deliver end-to-end features and resolve production issues.
• Participate in code reviews, technical design discussions, and contribute to best practices for maintainable, testable code.
• Stay updated with and apply AI-driven tools or solutions where applicable to improve efficiency, automation, or product features (added advantage).
• Contribute to backend services or automation scripts using Golang or Python, where relevant to the project needs (added advantage).
• Document technical designs, workflows, and processes to support knowledge sharing and onboarding.
• Ensure adherence to coding standards, security guidelines, and industry best practices, especially given the sensitivity of fintech/payroll data.
