The Role

• Build and maintain strong customer relationships through excellent phone and email support.
• Manage an assigned portfolio of past-due accounts.
• Proactively work with customers to resolve overdue payments and reduce portfolio aging.
• Meet and exceed departmental goals while effectively multitasking in a dynamic environment.
• Collaborate with a team to minimize outstanding debt and contribute to financial health.

What You'll Need

• High school diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor's degree preferred.
• Proficient working knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel.
• Prior call center or bookkeeping experience is a plus.
• Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish is a plus.
