Senior IT Project Manager -SAP Migration/Transformation

We are seeking an experienced Senior IT Project Manager with strong SAP expertise to lead a major SAP ECC migration and transformation initiative, ideally transitioning from ECC to S/4HANA. This role is perfect for someone who thrives in complex environments, enjoys partnering with cross‑functional teams, and can drive large‑scale SAP programs from planning through go‑live.

Key Responsibilities

Project Leadership

• Lead end‑to‑end delivery of SAP migration or transformation projects.

• Manage project scope, timelines, budgets, risks, and overall delivery quality.

• Coordinate cross‑functional teams across SAP, IT, business stakeholders, and external vendors.

• Ensure alignment between technical teams, business requirements, and project objectives.

SAP Migration Execution

• Oversee all phases of the migration lifecycle, including:

  • Data migration

  • System integrations

  • Testing cycles (SIT, UAT)

  • Cutover planning

  • Go‑live readiness and hypercare

• Drive issue resolution and ensure smooth execution across workstreams.

Stakeholder & Communication Management

• Provide clear, consistent project updates to senior leadership.

• Identify and communicate risks, dependencies, and mitigation plans.

• Build strong relationships with business partners and technical teams.

Experience

• 8+ years of IT Project Management experience, ideally in enterprise environments.

• Strong hands‑on experience managing SAP ECC projects.

• Proven experience with SAP ECC migration or S/4HANA transformation programs.

• Excellent stakeholder, vendor, and team management skills.

• PMP or similar project management certification is a plus.
