About Our Client

The client is a large, diversified organisation operating at group level with exposure to capital markets and publicly listed entities. It maintains a strong focus on governance, transparency, and strategic growth across its portfolio.

Job Description
  • Act as the main point of contact for current and prospective shareholders, analysts, and financial media
  • Develop and manage investor communication strategies aligned with regulatory requirements
  • Organise investor conferences, roadshows, earnings calls, and annual general meetings
  • Prepare and distribute quarterly and annual financial reports, earnings releases, and investor presentations
  • Collaborate closely with finance, legal, compliance, communications, and board-level stakeholders
  • Monitor market trends, competitor performance, and analyst coverage to provide strategic insights
  • Conduct shareholder analysis and identify potential investor targets
  • Ensure full compliance with stock exchange regulations and disclosure requirements
  • Support reputation management initiatives in financial markets
  • Create investor-facing materials including fact sheets, FAQs, and presentations


The Successful Applicant

A successful applicant should have the following:
  • 7+ years' experience in investor relations, financial analysis, or related roles within publicly listed companies, investment banking, or financial services
  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, Economics, Accounting, or a related discipline
  • MBA or Master's degree in Finance or Investor Relations is advantageous
  • Strong understanding of financial statements, valuation methodologies, and capital markets
  • Proven experience managing investor engagement during IPOs, M&A activity, or periods of high market volatility
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with senior stakeholders
  • Strong stakeholder management and relationship-building capabilities
  • Solid knowledge of regulatory disclosure requirements and corporate governance standards
  • Proficiency in financial modelling tools and market intelligence platforms
  • Professional certifications such as CFA or Investor Relations qualifications are preferred
  • Arabic language skills are advantageous
