Human Resource Business Partner

The Human Resources Generalist III serves as a strategic partner to management and employees, supporting employee relations, benefits administration, and human resources compliance. This role leads workplace investigations, advises leaders on employee matters, and supports compliance with Colorado employment laws. The position also leverages Workday or other Human Resources Information Systems (HRIS) to maintain accurate records, generate actionable insights, and advance organizational effectiveness.
Required Skills:

• 5-7 years of progressive Human Resources experience.
• Demonstrated experience conducting employee relations investigations.
• Working knowledge of Colorado employment law.

Responsibilities:

• Manage employee relations inquiries, investigations, documentation, and resolutions.
• Advise managers on performance management, corrective actions, and policy interpretation.
• Administer benefits enrollment, employee inquiries, and related HR documentation.
• Support employment law compliance, audits, regulatory reporting, and policy updates.
• Maintain employee records and process HR transactions in Workday or other HRIS platforms.
• Partner with leadership on workforce planning, employee retention, development, and organizational initiatives

Preferred Skills:

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Experience supporting enterprise-wide HR programs and initiatives.
• Experience generating HR reports and analyzing workforce data.
