Regional Sales Manager - Medical

At Air Water Gas Solutions Inc., the Territory Sales Manager will play a key role in driving revenue growth as the company expands into new markets within the industrial gas sector. This field‑based role requires someone who excels at generating leads, building relationships, and driving revenue. This field‑based role works with the Sales and Business Development team and has no direct reports. Position is eligible to participate in the sales incentive program. Generate new leads through cold calling, networking, and attending industry events.

Track sales activities and performance to meet revenue goals. Manage opportunities and forecasting using Salesforce CRM. Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, Marketing, or a related field (preferred). Experience in sales, ideally within industrial gases, specialty chemicals, manufacturing, or related technical industries. Proven ability to generate leads, close deals, and manage long sales cycles. Proficiency in Salesforce.com or similar CRM platforms. Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite.

Must reside within the assigned geographic territory to ensure effective customer coverage and responsiveness. Willingness to travel throughout the territory as needed. Effective network builder with strong sales and negotiation skills. Strong communication and customer‑service skills. Strong interpersonal, negotiation, and relationship‑building skills. Self‑motivated, organized, and comfortable working independently in a field‑based role.
