About the Role

Join an early-stage product team building AI agents for global logistics. You will work across customer conversations, product development, and production systems to bring practical AI-powered workflows to freight and operations teams.

What You'll Do

  • Speak with customers and translate their needs into product direction and system architecture.

  • Build full-stack features that combine user-friendly interfaces with LLM orchestration, agent workflows, and structured data pipelines.

  • Improve the reliability, latency, and evaluation of AI features running in production.

  • Turn early prototypes into robust systems, balancing delivery speed with quality and scale.

  • Contribute to technical vision and product strategy while owning projects from architecture through iteration.

What We're Looking For

  • At least 3 years of experience building and shipping full-stack web applications with Node.js and TypeScript.

  • Production experience with LLM-powered features, including prompt engineering, structured output parsing, context window management, and error recovery.

  • Proficiency with React, MongoDB schema design, distributed systems, and serverless infrastructure.

  • Experience debugging production systems with observability tools, including metrics and tracing across asynchronous workflows.

  • Hands-on familiarity with vector stores, embedding pipelines, LLM orchestration, and AI evaluation or validation approaches.

  • A record of taking technical projects from architecture through delivery and improving products based on user feedback.

  • Interest or experience in logistics, supply chain, or operations, and comfort working directly with customers in a fast-changing environment.
