Job Description
CURA of Watkins is looking for a caring, dependable, and team-oriented Cook/Dietary Aide to join our dietary team! We are a long-term care campus dedicated to providing quality care and creating a comfortable, welcoming environment for our residents.
Position: Cook/Dietary Aide
- Full-Time
- Day Shift
- Long-term care setting
What You'll Do
- Prepare and serve nutritious, appealing meals for our residents
- Follow menus, recipes, and food safety guidelines
- Assist with meal preparation, serving, and clean-up
- Maintain a clean and sanitary kitchen and dining areas
- Help provide friendly, respectful service to residents
- Work closely with the dietary team and other campus staff
- Follow special diets and resident-specific meal requirements
- Dependable and responsible team member
- Positive attitude and willingness to work with others
- Strong attention to cleanliness and food safety
- Previous cooking or dietary experience is helpful, but we are willing to train
- Most importantly, someone who enjoys serving and caring for others
