We are seeking an experienced Power BI Developer to build and maintain data flows, datasets, and dashboards that support IT operations, reporting, and key business decision-making.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Design, develop and maintain Power BI data flows, datasets and interactive dashboards.
  • Work with stakeholders to understand reporting requirements and translate them into effective BI solutions.
  • Extract, transform and load data from multiple source systems.
  • Develop and optimise data models for performance and scalability.
  • Ensure accuracy and integrity across reports and dashboards.
  • Troubleshoot data connectivity, refresh and reporting performance issues.
  • Maintain technical documentation for Power BI solutions.
  • Work closely with IT teams to identify data sources and reporting requirements.
  • Apply Power BI development and data visualisation best practices.
Skills required:
  • 3+ years' experience in Power BI development.
  • Strong skills across Power BI, DAX, M language and SQL.
  • Experience with data modelling and ETL processes.
  • Good understanding of data warehousing and dimensional modelling.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Confident communicator with experience working across technical and business stakeholders.
  • Relevant degree in Computer Science, Information Systems or a related discipline.
  • Experience with Azure data services.
  • Exposure to other BI platforms such as Tableau or Qlik.
  • Power BI or related Microsoft certifications.
