We are an applied AI research company that works with frontier labs in training and evaluating models. Frontier AI labs come to us when their models need to evolve with actual domain experts - so we pair those models with practitioners who’ve spent years doing the job, and design environments where their judgement turns into training signal.
We’re early-stage and moving quickly: five office moves in a year, now at Canary Wharf, building out Ops and Engineering and pioneering RL environments on top of real expert work.

Sourcing Ops Intern

Our business runs on finding exceptional experts - fast, at quality, at volume - and communicating so clearly that a banker or physician knows exactly what the project is before the first call, and delivers high-quality work from day one.
You’ll own large parts of that end to end, and your job is to make yourself indispensable: automate the repeatable, keep the human touch where it converts.

What you’ll do

• Turn a project brief into a sourcing plan and run it: LinkedIn, Juicebox, job posts, warm networks.

• Write outbound that senior people actually answer - and kill the copy that doesn’t convert.

• Run the pipeline in Ashby: clean stages, clean data, sharp keep/reject calls.

• Work with both AI and your own judgment in building usable systems that can leave us free from admin to work on more interesting problems.

• Find the people nobody else has found, and keep them. Keyword search is table stakes but the edge is spotting quality and timing.
  

Who you are

• You read people and design systems around them, especially ones that survive volume.

• You are comfortable with ambiguity - our projects are designed in-house and finding the ideal candidate for them is an exercise of execution + iteration, not overthinking the brief.

• Exceptional written and spoken communication. Make complexity feel simple for experts.

• You’ve experienced early-stage thrill before and liked it.

• Bonus: Hands-on LinkedIn Recruiter / Ashby / Juicebox, with opinions.
  

How we hire: We're bored of the same old interviewing shtick. We give you a real sourcing problem; you build something and show us. Strong submissions come in for trial day, after which you get a decision.
