QHSE Engineer<br />Norwich, Norfolk<br />£40,000 per annum + bonus<br />Service Service is recruiting for an experienced QHSE Engineer to join an established engineering and manufacturing business in Norwich.<br />The role will support the site's integrated Quality and EHS management systems, ensuring compliance with ISO 9001, ISO 14001 and ISO 45001, while driving quality and continuous improvement.<br />Key

Responsibilities:

• Maintain and improve the integrated Quality and EHS management system.
• Support and host external ISO audits.
• Investigate and close Non-Conformances (NCRs), including root cause analysis and corrective actions.
• Lead FMEA activities and identify quality risks.
• Monitor customer quality performance and drive improvements.
• Support product quality and compliance across the manufacturing site.
• Train and coach employees on Quality and EHS procedures.
• Lead and participate in Lean, Kaizen and continuous improvement activities.
• Work closely with Production, Manufacturing Engineering and site management.<br />The Ideal Candidate:
• Previous QHSE, Quality or EHS experience within a manufacturing/engineering environment.
• NEBOSH qualified.
• Experience with ISO 9001, 14001 and 45001.
• Audit experience and knowledge of quality management systems.
• Experience with NCRs, root cause analysis and FMEA.
• Previous Lean Manufacturing/continuous improvement experience.
• Strong communication and influencing skills.
