You will take ownership of support requests and ticket management while working as part of a wider technical team. The role also offers opportunities to broaden your technical skills through exposure to systems administration, virtualisation, cloud Supporting integrations with cloud-based platforms such as Microsoft Entra ID.

What we're looking for

We're looking for someone with a genuine interest in technology who enjoys solving problems and helping people.

Essential experience and skills

  • Proven experience in IT support, service desk or a similar customer-focused technical role.
  • A passion for IT, troubleshooting and resolving user issues.
  • Good working knowledge of Microsoft Windows and Microsoft Office/Microsoft 365.
  • Experience with remote administration and troubleshooting.

So, while the starting point is predominantly IT support, there is a genuine opportunity to develop into areas such as DevOps, infrastructure, cloud and automation
