Job description

We're hiring on behalf of a Haystack partner!

The Role

  • Support, maintain, and enhance data, reporting, and analytics capabilities across enterprise contact center platforms with a strong focus on specialized software and related tools
  • Drive strategic data-informed decisions by gathering, preparing, and interpreting complex data to deliver actionable insights for operations and leadership
  • Design, implement, and automate business and reporting solutions while ensuring data quality and accuracy
  • Lead the development of advanced analytical and statistical models to enable informed business decisions

What You'll Need

  • Minimum eight years of experience in data analytics or a directly related field, combined with a Bachelor's degree in a relevant discipline such as Mathematics, Statistics, Engineering, or Business, or equivalent practical experience
  • Minimum three years of experience in a leadership role with or without direct reports
  • Strong partnership and communication skills to translate business requirements into scalable reporting solutions and collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders
