Pay Range:$92,500 - $110,000 Year
Description
Join our team in Charlotte, NC, as a Senior Accountant in a full-time capacity. 
This role involves managing complex accounting tasks, financial reporting, and supporting audits. 
Candidates should have a strong background in accounting principles and experience with financial systems.

Key Responsibilities
Manage key responsibilities within monthly, quarterly, and annual financial closes. Prepare and review journal entries and balance sheet reconciliations. Analyze financial statements and perform variance analysis. Research and resolve accounting discrepancies and issues. Support external audits and ensure compliance with accounting standards. Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
10 years of progressive accounting experience. Strong knowledge of U.S. GAAP and accrual-basis accounting.

Experience with financial close cycles and financial statement preparation. Advanced skills in spreadsheet software for data analysis and reconciliation. Core Technologies
