Senior AEM Product Analyst

RESPONSIBILITIES

Kforce has a client seeking a Senior AEM Product Analyst in Miami, FL (Florida). This role serves as the critical link between business stakeholders and technology teams, translating business objectives into scalable digital solutions using Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) as a Cloud Service.

Summary

The ideal candidate brings strong expertise in AEM Sites, content authoring, Agile product delivery, and digital experience platforms, along with a growing understanding of AI and Generative AI technologies that enhance content management, personalization, and customer experiences. The Senior AEM Product Analyst will work closely with Product Owners, business stakeholders, UX teams, content authors, architects, developers, and QA teams to drive successful delivery from discovery through production release.

Key Responsibilities

• Partner with Product Owners, business stakeholders, UX teams, content authors, and engineering teams to gather, analyze, and document business and functional requirements
• Translate business needs into epics, features, user stories, acceptance criteria, and detailed functional specifications
• Manage and refine the product backlog, ensuring alignment with business priorities, strategic objectives, and roadmap initiatives
• Lead backlog grooming, sprint refinement sessions, and support sprint planning activities within Agile delivery teams
• Collaborate with engineering and content teams to design and deliver scalable content management and digital experience solutions
• Facilitate cross-functional discussions and drive alignment across product, technology, architecture, security, and QA teams
• Support User Acceptance Testing (UAT), defect triage, release readiness activities, production validation, and post-release support
• Monitor dependencies, risks, issues, and delivery progress using Jira and Confluence

REQUIREMENTS:

• 6-10 years of experience as a Functional Analyst, Business Analyst, Product Analyst, or a similar role
• Hands-on experience with Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) as a Cloud Service
• Strong knowledge of AEM Sites, content authoring, and content lifecycle management
• Proven ability to translate business requirements into functional requirements, user stories, acceptance criteria, and solution designs
• Experience managing product backlogs, supporting roadmap planning, and driving business-value-based prioritization
• Strong understanding of Agile methodologies, Scrum practices, and participation in Agile ceremonies
• Experience managing stories, defects, dependencies, and release activities using Jira and Confluence
• Experience working effectively with business stakeholders, product teams, developers, architects, QA teams, and content authors
• Experience supporting UAT, production validation, release management, and deployment readiness activities
• Experience participating in AI, Generative AI, Machine Learning, intelligent automation, or digital transformation initiatives
• Understanding of how AI technologies can enhance content management, personalization, customer engagement, workflow automation, and digital experiences
• Excellent communication, facilitation, stakeholder management, analytical, and problem-solving skills

The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.

Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave.
