We have been exclusively instructed by a fast-scaling, AI-enabled proptech business to hire a Compliance Manager. This is a very exciting time to join this highly acquisitive, tier-1 VC-backed business.

This is a high-impact compliance hire, reporting directly to the General Counsel and working closely with senior leadership across AML, data protection, lettings regulation, training, acquisitions, and AI governance.

The successful candidate will bring demonstrable experience implementing and operating compliance policies and frameworks. Notably owning and operating the AML framework with the ability to act as MLRO for the business.

Experience within property, lettings, estate agency or other similarly regulated environments would be advantageous, as would exposure to high-growth, technology-enabled businesses.
