Your impact

As a Staff Software Engineer, you will:

• Lead the design, development and delivery of scalable, secure and reliable software solutions
• Drive technical excellence through solution design, architecture decisions and engineering best practice
• Mentor and coach engineers, helping to build a strong engineering culture and capability across the team
• Partner with Product Owners, Crew Tech Leads and stakeholders to balance customer outcomes, technology strategy and delivery priorities
• Champion DevSecOps, full-cycle ownership and automation across the software development lifecycle
• Explore emerging technologies and innovative approaches that improve customer experiences and engineering efficiency

We're interested in hearing from people who

• Have extensive software engineering experience building enterprise applications using .NET, .NET Core, C#, REST APIs and microservices
• Bring strong cloud engineering capability and experience delivering solutions on AWS
• Have experience developing modern web applications using Angular, React or similar front-end frameworks
• Understand software architecture patterns, event-driven systems and distributed application design
• Have worked with CI/CD pipelines, containerisation technologies and observability tooling
• Demonstrate a passion for technical leadership, mentoring and driving engineering standards
• Thrive in Agile environments and enjoy solving complex business and technology challenges
• Continuously seek opportunities to learn, innovate and improve the way teams deliver value
