The Role

• Conduct in-home sales presentations and product demonstrations for high-demand roofing solutions.
• Utilize innovative software for precise measurements and assess damage (no roof climbing required).
• Focus on closing deals with pre-qualified, one-call-close appointments.
• Negotiate and finalize sales to meet homeowner needs and objectives.
• Begin the day with team meetings for strategy and preparation.
• Attend confirmed appointments scheduled between early afternoon and evening, including weekends.

What You'll Need

• A valid driver’s license, reliable transportation, and auto insurance for appointment travel.
• Availability for midday, evening, and weekend appointments.
• Strong customer engagement and negotiation skills.
• Willingness to learn and adapt to provided sales processes and product knowledge.
• No prior sales or construction experience is required, as comprehensive training is provided.
