The Role

• Support store management in daily operations and overall store success.
• Assist with team leadership, including scheduling, candidate onboarding, and employee training.
• Contribute to effective sales strategies for a diverse and frequently changing product range.
• Oversee store presentation, inventory management, and day-to-day operational tasks.
• Collaborate with store management on performance reviews and store development discussions.

What You'll Need

• Completed vocational training, preferably with prior retail experience.
• Demonstrated entrepreneurial mindset and a strong sense of responsibility.
• Availability to work 5 days a week, including regular evenings and weekends.
• Strong communication skills to motivate and develop team members.
• Willingness to participate in an 8-week comprehensive training program.
