Manager Sales - IT (Full-time/Permanent)

We are urgently looking for an Manager Sales - IT in Staten Island, NY.

Salary: $100K - $120K + Sales Commission + Benefits

Engagement: Hybrid (3 days' onsite)

• Experience mentoring or onboarding junior sales reps
• Ability to assist with deal strategy and pricing approvals for team members
• Comfortable acting as a point of escalation for complex or high-value deals
• Experience contributing to territory or account-assignment planning

Additional Responsibilities

• Recruit, train, and manage a team of IT sales representatives
• Set individual and team sales quotas in alignment with company revenue goals
• Conduct regular 1:1s, pipeline reviews, and performance evaluations
• Develop sales playbooks, training materials, and onboarding programs
• Forecast team revenue and report to senior leadership
• Collaborate with marketing on lead generation strategy and campaign feedback
• Resolve escalated client or deal issues requiring management involvement

Required Qualifications

• 7-8 and above years of experience directly managing a sales team, preferably in IT services/hardware
• Track record of building and scaling a sales team to meet aggressive growth targets
• Strong coaching and performance management skills
• Experience setting compensation plans, quotas, and territory structures
