The Role

• Construct and erect overhead power lines in the high and extra-high voltage range (110-380 kV).
• Perform maintenance and repair of the German overhead line networks.
• Operate machinery and equipment in a skilled manner.
• Contribute to the transition towards sustainable energy.

What You'll Need

• Ideally, a vocational training in a craft trade (e.g., roofer, mason, carpenter, scaffolder, metalworker, electrician).
• Ability to work at heights, physical fitness, and good German language skills.
• Open to career changers with manual dexterity, even without formal training.
• Valid driver's license (Class B) and willingness to travel extensively (Monday-Thursday, including overnight stays).
• Independent work style, reliability, and team spirit.
