Change Management Consultant (RLM/RCA)

Overview:

• Seeking a Change Management Consultant with strong experience supporting enterprise transformation initiatives, particularly Salesforce CPQ / Revenue Cloud / Quote-to-Cash (Q2C)implementations.
• The ideal candidate will combine hands-on change management expertise with strong technical instructional design, training, and enablement capabilities.

Responsibilities:

• Execute change management activities across multiple transformation workstreams independently.
• Support Salesforce CPQ / Revenue Cloud implementations involving pricing rules, discounting, approval workflows, quoting, renewals, and quote-to-cash processes.
• Map current-state and future-state Q2C processes and develop supporting documentation.
• Conduct training-needs assessments and develop technical training materials, job aids, process guides, presentations, e-learning, curricula, and train-the-trainer materials.
• Facilitate workshops, training sessions, stakeholder meetings, and cross-functional alignment activities.
• Build change readiness and user adoption through communications, enablement, change champion activities, and go-live/hypercare support.
• Develop clear, audience-specific communications and training content with minimal editorial support.
• Track project activities, stakeholder actions, risks, blockers, and multiple concurrent workstreams.
• Manage resistance and ambiguity while maintaining momentum as business, pricing, and approval requirements evolve.
• Use AI-enabled productivity tools, LLM assistants, LMS platforms, Articulate, and AI-assisted drafting as part of standard workflows.
• Support or collaborate with the Program Management Office (PMO) as needed.

Required Qualifications:

• 5+ years of experience in change management, transformation, or organizational development.
• Hands-on experience with CPQ implementations, preferably Salesforce CPQ, with the ability to discuss pricing, discounting, approval workflows, quoting, and Q2C processes.
• Strong knowledge of structured change management methodologies such as Prosci ADKAR and Kotter.
• Experience developing current-state/future-state process maps and working documentation.
• Strong technical instructional design and enablement experience, including training materials, job aids, process guides, and user enablement.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills with strong facilitation capabilities.
• Ability to manage multiple workstreams, stakeholders, deadlines, and blockers independently.
• Experience supporting enterprise transformation programs involving Finance, IT, Sales, or Operations.
• Working knowledge of AI-enabled productivity tools, LLM assistants, LMS, and AI-assisted content development.

Preferred Qualifications:

• PROSCI or CCMP certification.
• Experience with Salesforce Revenue Cloud, Revenue Cloud Advanced (RCA), Revenue Lifecycle Management (RLM), or Agentforce Revenue Management (ARM).
• Experience with ERP, CRM, or Q2C implementations.
• Experience working within or alongside a PMO.
• Experience with Articulate or similar e-learning development platforms.
