The Role

• Proactively engage with existing customers and prospects to identify financial needs and offer tailored solutions.
• Provide advice and guidance on a range of financial products, including everyday banking, retail investments, lending solutions, and small business offerings.
• Educate clients on digital and self-serve banking options to enhance their experience.
• Support customer transaction needs and contribute to business growth within the community.
• Address inquiries, resolve issues, and ensure compliance with legal and regulatory requirements.
• Actively participate as a collaborative member of the branch and market team.

What You'll Need

• 2-3 years of relevant experience, with a post-secondary degree in a related field or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Working knowledge of personal and small business customer needs and solutions, including retail investments and lending products.
• Proven experience in a consultative customer service or sales role, with a drive to deliver a personalized customer experience.
• Strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and connections with customers.
• Demonstrable aptitude for listening, problem-solving, and responding flexibly to new challenges.
• Confident in using social media, mobile devices, and online tools.
