The Role

• Engage customers with expert advice, attractive product displays, and excellent service at the fresh food counter.
• Skillfully prepare and portion a variety of fresh products, including meats, cheeses, and deli items.
• Independently create specialty items using unique, in-house recipes.
• Develop and implement creative ideas to drive sales and promotions.
• Maintain exceptional product presentation, freshness, and adherence to hygiene standards.

What You'll Need

• Ideally, completed vocational training or prior experience in the grocery retail or (system) gastronomy sector.
• A genuine interest in processing and preparing fresh meats and other fresh food items.
• A passion for customer interaction and the retail industry.
• Strong customer orientation, communication skills, team spirit, and a sense of responsibility.
• Willingness to work in a shift-based schedule.
