Senior Platform Infrastructure Engineer

About the role

You will implement, manage and retire the infrastructure (including physical, virtual, networking and cloud infrastructure that supports digital services.

Role Responsibilities

• Work together with business users and system engineers to improve and optimise the implementation, use and management of analytic based business solutions.
• Collaborate with staff to diagnose and resolve operational and technical problems.
• Actively engage with staff and business-led IT areas to leverage solution expertise and contribute positively to expanding the Departments knowledge base.

Technical Skills

• Cloud and Hybrid infrastructure engineering
• Infrastructure automation and IaC
• Storage, backup and disaster recovery engineering

Security Requirements

To be eligible for this role, you must be an Australian Citizen. Due to the work environment, our client has requested that all candidates are required to hold a current NV1 Security Clearance. The successful candidate will need to undergo an additional security assessment before commencing in the role.
