We're hiring for a leading national roadside assistance provider with a strong heritage of over 125 years, dedicated to keeping the UK's drivers moving. As an integral part of a trusted brand, you'll be at the forefront of delivering expert mechanical support and exceptional member service.

The Role

• Deliver expert mechanical roadside repair and vehicle diagnostics.
• Provide emergency breakdown support across the UK.
• Handle a variety of vehicle issues from simple fixes to complex fault-finding.
• Ensure quick, confident solutions and offer reassurance to members in need.
• Start and finish your shifts from your driveway, averaging 40 hours per week.
• Tackle new challenges and diverse situations on the roadside daily.

What You'll Need

• A Level 2 light vehicle maintenance qualification (or equivalent).
• At least 2 years' post-qualification technical, electrical, and diagnostic experience.
• A customer-focused approach and excellent communication skills.
• A full UK driving licence.
• Ability to remain calm under pressure and think on your feet.
• A proactive and problem-solving mindset.
