Implement and manage SAP SuccessFactors Learning to support compliance, safety, technical certifications, operational training, and workforce development initiatives across global Oil & Gas operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Configure learning catalogs, curricula, and certification programs.
- Design role-based safety and compliance training.
- Manage instructor-led and online learning programs.
- Configure qualification and recertification processes.
- Integrate external content providers.
- Develop training compliance reports and dashboards.
Required Experience
- 5+ years in SAP SuccessFactors Learning.
- Experience in compliance-heavy industries.
- Knowledge of safety and operational training programs.
- Oil & Gas training and certification experience preferred.
