The Role

• Deliver expert mechanical repair, vehicle diagnostics, and emergency breakdown support.
• Provide quick, confident solutions and reassurance to members in need.
• Respond to a variety of roadside incidents, from battery issues to complex fault-finding.
• Enjoy the flexibility of starting and finishing your shifts from home.
• Tackle diverse challenges daily, equipped with the tools and support to succeed.

What You'll Need

• Level 2 light vehicle maintenance qualification or equivalent.
• At least 2 years' post-qualification technical, electrical, and diagnostic experience.
• A strong customer-focused approach and excellent communication skills.
• A full UK driving licence.
• Ability to remain calm and confident under pressure.
