We're hiring on behalf of a highly successful, family-owned distributor with over 45 years of operational excellence. This established leader in shipping, industrial, and packaging materials is looking for a strategic HR professional to empower their expansive distribution network.

The Role

• Oversee Human Resources initiatives for over 1,300 employees across multiple U.S. distribution centers.
• Partner with management to define talent needs and implement a robust recruitment strategy.
• Lead and mentor an HR team focused on developing a high-performing distribution workforce.
• Collaborate with operational leaders to deploy HR programs that align with business objectives.
• Drive HR strategy to support the growth and development of teams powering the distribution network.

What You'll Need

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field.
• Minimum of 10 years of comprehensive HR experience.
• At least 5 years of experience in a supervisory HR role.
• Proven ability to manage recruitment and talent development initiatives.
• Experience in a distribution or warehouse environment is highly advantageous.
