Human Resources Manager

Reser's Fine Foods, Inc. is seeking a Human Resources Manager to support plant operations in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. This role oversees recruiting, onboarding, employee relations, performance management, and compliance with labor and safety regulations. You will partner closely with plant leadership to drive engagement, manage attendance and corrective actions, and support training and development. The HR Manager champions Reser's family-founded culture, promotes diversity and respect, and ensures consistent application of policies while helping build a safe, productive, and collaborative workforce.

Responsibilities

• Partner with plant leadership to align HR practices with production and safety goals.
• Manage full-cycle recruiting, onboarding, and workforce planning for plant roles.
• Administer performance management, corrective actions, and attendance programs.
• Ensure compliance with federal and state labor laws and company policies.
• Support and resolve employee relations issues, investigations, and conflict resolution.
• Coordinate benefits, leave management, and HRIS data accuracy for plant employees.
• Lead and support training, coaching, and development initiatives for supervisors and staff.
• Promote a culture of safety, respect, diversity, and continuous improvement in the plant.
