We are looking for a skilled, highly professional Inside Sales Agent that embodies the spirit of the company.

This position would be responsible for acquisitions and dispositions of investment property and would serve as a subject matter expert/investment specialist. Communicate with customers via phone, email, text. Answer questions about contracts and terms of sale. Utilize computer technology to research available properties, as well as customers. Assist potential clients with financial decisions concerning real estate. Resolve conflicts that arise during the purchase or sale of real estate property.

Consult with clients to ensure fiduciary service of the real estate transaction from initial contact to the closing and beyond. Answering Inbound Sales Calls
Current real estate agent/broker license
~ Sales Experience
~ Strong sense of urgency but not at the expense of quality
~"Self-motivated, personable, and driven by personal achievement
~ Experience working in the real estate investment market
~ Able to work 3pm to 8 pm Monday - Friday and 10 am to 12 pm on Saturday
