The Role

• Provide technical and programmatic support to the Fire Control and Guidance Branch within a key strategic program.
• Assist in the development of program strategies, specifications, and cost estimates, ensuring compliance with program requirements.
• Conduct technical, schedule, cost, and risk assessments, analyzing trade-offs for operational and programmatic considerations.
• Participate in significant program reviews, including Critical Design Reviews, Production Readiness Reviews, and Technical Interchange Meetings.
• Lead and support integrated product teams to drive project success.

What You'll Need

• U.S. citizenship with an Active DoD SECRET clearance (TOP SECRET strongly preferred).
• Bachelor's degree in a STEM field (e.g., engineering, chemistry, physics, math).
• Ability to work effectively at the Washington Navy Yard location.
• 4+ years of engineering experience on defense programs.
• Exceptional writing, presentation, time management, and interpersonal skills, with a strong work ethic and self-motivation.
