Deli Team Leader

As a Deli Team Leader at Giant Eagle, you'll lead daily operations of our deli department, ensuring fresh, high-quality products and exceptional service. You will schedule and guide team members, train new hires, and model Giant Eagle's people-first culture. Responsibilities include maintaining food safety and sanitation, managing inventory, reducing shrink, and creating appealing product displays. You'll interact with guests, resolve concerns, support sales goals, and partner with store leadership to continuously improve the deli experience for our community.

Responsibilities

• Lead and coach deli team members to deliver excellent service
• Create and manage labor schedules for the deli department
