Technical Consultant

An exciting opportunity has come up to join a forward thinking, growing legal software consultancy in London as a technical consultant. The main purpose of this role is to deliver successful software implementations and integrations and communicate clearly and effectively with customers.

Main duties:

• Configuring software and integrating with customer systems.
• Contributing to implementation workshops.
• Producing technical documentation and handover materials.
• Gathering requirements and converting them into technical tasks.
• Troubleshooting issues and arranging resolutions.
• Building and documenting SQL migrations.
• Communicating decisions and technical risks clearly to customers.
• Analysing data sources and defining transformation rules.

Skills and experience required:

• Strong experience delivering software implementations.
• Advanced SQL skills.
• Previous demonstrable data quality and data migration work.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Legal technology or information governance experience.
• Strong knowledge of Microsoft, ASP and C#.
