Key Responsibilities

• Facilitate discovery workshops and engage with stakeholders to understand business challenges and requirements.

• Identify opportunities for process improvement, automation and digital transformation.

• Challenge assumptions and propose innovative solutions beyond the client's initial requirements.

• Explore and evaluate solutions using Power Apps, Power Automate, Dataverse and Dynamics 365 CRM.

• Develop lightweight prototypes and proof-of-concepts to demonstrate potential solutions.

• Identify opportunities to leverage Microsoft AI capabilities, including AI Builder, Copilot Studio and AI-enabled automation.

• Assess solution options, considering feasibility, benefits, limitations, security and integration requirements.

• Document findings and recommendations to inform future investment and delivery decisions.

• Communicate technical concepts clearly and collaborate effectively with business and technical stakeholders.

Essential Skills and Experience

• Strong experience with Microsoft Power Apps, including canvas and model-driven applications.

• Good understanding of Dynamics 365 CRM/Customer Engagement and the wider Power Platform.

• Practical knowledge of Power Automate and Dataverse.

• Experience in client-facing consultancy, discovery, requirements analysis or solution design.

• Ability to develop prototypes and proof-of-concepts to validate ideas.

• Strong communication, presentation and stakeholder engagement skills.

• A proactive approach to problem-solving, with the confidence to challenge assumptions and recommend alternative solutions.

• Awareness of Microsoft's AI capabilities, including AI Builder and Copilot technologies.

• Curiosity about emerging technologies and the ability to identify appropriate solutions for business challenges.
