Location: Solihull (Hybrid, 3 days onsite)
Salary: Up to £110,000 + Bonus + Benefits

This is an opportunity for a Lead Data Engineer to drive the design, development, and optimisation of a modern cloud-based data platform. This is a hands-on leadership role, combining technical architecture, delivery, and team mentorship.

Key Skills:

• Strong experience in a Lead/Senior Data Engineering role
• Expertise with GCP (BigQuery, Dataflow, Pub/Sub, Cloud Storage, Airflow)
• Advanced Python and SQL
• Experience building scalable batch and Real Time data pipelines
• Strong data modelling, CI/CD, Git, and Terraform knowledge
• Experience mentoring engineers and leading technical design
