Financial Services - Accounts Receivable | Pleasant Prairie, WI, United States | On-site

We're hiring on behalf of a leading distributor of shipping, industrial, and packaging materials, known for its stability and commitment to employee growth. This is an excellent opportunity for a dedicated finance professional to advance their career within a well-established organization.

The Role

  • Build and maintain rapport by delivering excellent customer service via phone and email in a call center environment.
  • Own an assigned portfolio of past-due accounts.
  • Maintain low portfolio aging by conferring with customers to determine reasons for overdue payments.
  • Meet and maintain department goals while multitasking in a fast-paced environment.
  • Collaborate with a team to minimize aging and bad debt.

What You'll Need

  • High school diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor’s degree preferred.
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel.
  • Prior call center experience or bookkeeping is a plus.
  • Bilingual (English / Spanish) is a plus.
