Projects typically range from £500k to £5m and include:

  • Commercial Refurbishment
  • CAT A & CAT B Projects
  • Heritage Refurbishment
  • High-End Internal Refurbishment
  • High-End residential Refurbishment The business has grown sustainably over many years and is recognised for its collaborative culture and long-term staff retention. The Role You'll take ownership of refurbishment projects from pre-construction through to completion. This is a hands-on Project Manager position combining office, home and site-based working. Responsibilities include: • Managing refurbishment projects up to £5m • Producing and managing project programmes • Coordinating subcontractors • Site visits across Central London • Reading and interpreting construction drawings • Managing project budgets and programmes • Maintaining excellent client relationships • Solving site issues quickly and effectively • Working closely with Contracts Managers and Senior Management • Delivering projects safely, on time and within budget About You You'll ideally have: ✔ 10-25 years' construction experience ✔ Experience working for a Main Contractor ✔ Strong refurbishment or fit out experience ✔ Excellent communication skills ✔ Ability to build relationships with subcontractors and clients ✔ Strong programming and planning skills ✔ Construction-related qualification (preferred) What's On Offer £70,000 - £85,000 Hybrid Working Excellent Benefits Package Career Progression Established & Growing Contractor Long-Term Career Opportunity Supportive Management Team Interesting Central London Projects High Staff Retention Apply If you're a Project Manager looking for a role offering genuine autonomy, flexibility and long-term progression with an established London Main Contractor, I'd be happy to tell you more.
