Chamberlain Advisors is partnering with our client, a leading multi-site dental healthcare organization
, to staff an experienced
Field Marketing Manager to support a new pilot program across New Jersey and the Greater Philadelphia area.
This initiative is designed to evaluate the impact of having dedicated boots-on-the-ground marketing support within local markets to increase brand visibility, strengthen professional referral relationships, and ultimately drive patient consultations and treatment starts. This is a highly field-based, relationship-driven position for a marketing professional who brings the instincts of a salesperson and enjoys being out in the community.
Rather than spending the majority of the week behind a desk, the Field Marketing Manager will travel throughout the territory, build relationships with local dentists and community organizations, attend and coordinate events, support local marketing initiatives, and maintain a visible presence across five dental centers. The position will support locations in
Paramus, Woodbridge, and Roseland, New Jersey, as well as Mount Laurel and Fort Washington, Pennsylvania
. Candidates should expect to travel throughout this territory regularly, similar to a field sales position.
Some remote flexibility may be available on days when there are no center visits, events, or other field-based responsibilities. Click Apply Now to join the Chamberlain experience. What You Will Be Accountable For
Own and develop the local dentist referral pipeline, building sustainable relationships with referring dental practices throughout the assigned territory. Develop a strong network of dentists, healthcare professionals, community organizations, and other referral partners to increase local awareness and patient referrals.
Support a hub-and-spoke partnership model with referring practices to build lasting relationships between local providers and treatment centers. Plan and host networking events for general dentists and other professional referral sources to expand the local referral network. Represent the organization at local community events, including health and wellness fairs, active-adult/55+ community events, service club meetings, and educational programs.
Develop relationships with organizations such as Rotary, Kiwanis, Lions Clubs, senior communities, and other community groups that provide opportunities to reach prospective patients. Coordinate and participate in educational sessions designed to increase awareness of dental implant treatment and available patient-care options. Support local PR, charitable initiatives, community partnerships, and outreach opportunities that increase brand awareness and establish trust within the market.
Maintain a consistent, visible presence across the five assigned centers in Paramus, Woodbridge, Roseland, Mount Laurel, and Fort Washington. Travel throughout the New Jersey and Greater Philadelphia territory to support center needs, referral partners, networking opportunities, and community events. Partner with local center teams to support the pre-consult patient journey, including outreach and nurture activities designed to improve consultation show rates. Provide additional field support to centers operating within highly competitive markets.
Track all field marketing activity, including events, outreach efforts, referral relationships, community partnerships, and resulting patient activity. Measure and report the impact of field initiatives against established KPIs, including activity levels, referred consultations, and patient starts. Gather local market intelligence, including patient perspectives, competitive activity, community trends, and messaging that resonates with prospective patients. Share market insights with broader marketing teams to help inform regional and national marketing strategies and campaigns.
Independently manage weekly schedules, travel, center visits, outreach, events, and partnership-development activities across the assigned territory. What Qualifications You Need
3–5 years of experience in field marketing, business development, territory development, community engagement, referral development, outside sales, or a related function. Demonstrated success building professional and community relationships that translate into measurable business results.
Strong relationship-building and business-development skills with the ability to independently develop new referral and community partnerships. Ability to work successfully in a field-based, territory-driven environment with minimal day-to-day supervision. Entrepreneurial and self-directed approach with the ability to identify opportunities and take ownership of results. Strong public presence with confidence representing an organization at professional networking events, community programs, educational sessions, and other public-facing activities.
Excellent interpersonal, communication, presentation, and networking skills. Strong organizational and time-management skills with the ability to manage multiple centers, relationships, events, and priorities simultaneously. Ability to consistently track outreach activities and evaluate their impact on referrals, consultations, patient engagement, and treatment starts. Comfortable working within an environment where both activity and results are measured against defined KPIs.
Must be able and willing to travel regularly throughout New Jersey and the Greater Philadelphia area, potentially up to five days per week depending on center and event needs. Must reside within a reasonable commuting distance of the assigned territory. Valid driver's license and reliable transportation required.
Preferred Qualifications
Previous experience within dental, healthcare, medical device, medical services, or another relationship-driven and referral-based industry. Experience developing professional relationships with dentists, physicians, healthcare providers, medical practices, or other referral sources. Background in field marketing, physician/provider relations, healthcare outreach, referral marketing, territory sales, or community engagement. Experience planning and executing professional networking events, community events, educational programs, or local market activations.
Experience supporting multiple locations within a multi-site healthcare or consumer-services organization. Experience working toward measurable lead-generation, referral, conversion, pipeline, or revenue-related KPIs. Why Join Right Now?
