Job Description:

VST Consulting is looking for an experienced Account Manager who has worked with Implementations and Direct Clients. This is for our NJ office and we are looking for local candidates only.

Responsibilities:
- Manage direct client relationships and act as the primary point of contact
- Oversee implementation projects and ensure smooth onboarding of clients
- Work closely with internal recruitment, sales and delivery teams
- Drive client retention, growth and satisfaction
- Handle escalations and ensure timely resolution
- Track account performance and maintain regular client communication

Requirements:
- Proven experience as an Account Manager in US Staffing / IT Consulting
- Experience in handling implementations and direct clients is mandatory
- Strong client management and relationship building skills
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Must be local to New Jersey and available to work from NJ office
