Job Description

Phasor USA, LLC is seeking a Professional Land surveyor (P.L.S.) for a permanent position to support our growing operations across the United States. With a strong pipeline of large-scale projects, we are well positioned for continued growth and are looking to expand our team with experienced survey professionals.

This role can be based out of the city where it is posted, with flexible work arrangements including hybrid or work-from-home options considered for the right candidate.

Accommodation:

Phasor USA, LLC is committed to fostering an inclusive and accessible workplace. In accordance with applicable federal, state, and local laws, including the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA), reasonable accommodations are available upon request throughout the recruitment and selection process and during employment. Employees requiring accommodation are encouraged to notify Human Resources so that appropriate arrangements can be made.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage all aspects of project execution.
  • Establish project communication protocols, including:
    • Identification of client and Phasor stakeholders and decision-makers.
    • Change management processes.
    • Information dissemination routes and procedures.
    • Systematic processes for project data management and reporting.
  • Maintain responsibility for project financial performance, including establishing cost controls and conducting periodic reviews to identify risks.
  • Liaise with Phasor personnel to understand all project requirements, including scheduling, cost, technical, and logistical considerations.
  • Manage subcontractors performing surveying and geomatics services on projects.
  • Coordinate shift schedules, accommodations, and mobilization requirements for Crew Chiefs and Survey Technicians unless delegated to a Field Coordinator.
  • Participate in division-level meetings to coordinate crew allocation across projects.

The successful candidate must hold a current Professional Land Surveyor (P.L.S.) license in one or more U.S. states or be eligible for licensure through reciprocity. Candidates willing to obtain additional state licenses will be supported, and Phasor USA will cover all associated costs.

This is a professional-level position, and not all responsibilities and working conditions can be fully captured in a job posting. We welcome the opportunity to connect with qualified candidates to discuss the role in more detail and determine mutual fit. Phasor USA offers flexibility in working arrangements for the right individual.

As a condition of employment, successful applicants agree to undergo a pre-employment background screening, which may include identity verification, employment verification, and a criminal background check in accordance with applicable laws.
