The Role

• Lead and mentor a team of recruiters.
• Own full-cycle recruiting for critical corporate roles.
• Develop and implement strategic sourcing plans to attract top active and passive candidates.
• Collaborate with hiring managers to define talent needs and develop effective recruitment plans.
• Screen applications and conduct interviews to assess candidate qualifications and fit.

What You'll Need

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field.
• 10+ years of experience in recruiting and talent sourcing.
• Proven ability to handle complex recruitment assignments.
• Strong communication, collaboration, and influencing skills.
• A driven and positive attitude, capable of navigating challenges.
