Responsibilities:

• Review submitted attendance, session notes and provider invoices for compliance.
• Assist providers with billing problems and system issues.
• Help create District invoices and correspond with districts.
• Apply payments on a weekly basis and reconcile cash accounts
• Follow up with Districts for Aging Receivables; Collections
• Assist with District Contracts/Addendums/Request for Proposals
• Any ad hoc projects/reports

And this background:

• Associates or bachelor’s preferred.
• Knowledge of Special Education is a plus.
• Billing experience is preferred
• Must be proficient in Microsoft Office with a focus on Excel.
• Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment.
• 2-3 years billing experience in School Age billing preferred
