The Role

• Enrich the lives of residents through dedicated care and compassion.
• Perform classic nursing duties including medication administration, personal care, and digital documentation.
• Build trusted relationships with residents' families, physicians, and colleagues.
• Provide professional and personal guidance to auxiliary staff, trainees, and interns.
• Contribute creatively to daily life activities, leveraging your expertise as a nursing professional.

What You'll Need

• Completed training as a certified nursing professional (m/f/d).
• Alternatively, a completed vocational qualification in geriatric or general healthcare nursing.
• A high degree of empathy and a respectful approach to interactions.
• A passion for care and a commitment to enriching the lives of residents.
