We are a leading healthcare manufacturing company seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Manufacturing Financial Analyst (Finance Specialist) to support our Manufacturing Controller. This role offers a unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience in financial operations within a dynamic and fast-paced manufacturing environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare and analyze monthly financial reports related to manufacturing operations, ensuring accuracy and timeliness
- Support cost accounting activities, including inventory valuation, standard cost updates, and variance analysis
- Monitor and interpret manufacturing KPIs and financial performance metrics, providing actionable insights
- Participate in budgeting and forecasting processes, including data preparation and analysis
- Partner with cross-functional teams (operations, supply chain, and corporate finance) to support business decisions
- Maintain accurate financial records and ensure compliance with internal controls and audit requirements
- Identify and drive process improvements to enhance reporting efficiency and data quality
- Assist the Controller with ad hoc analysis and strategic financial initiatives
Required
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field
- 2–3 years of relevant experience, preferably in manufacturing, cost accounting, or a related environment
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel
- Experience with ERP systems required; SAP experience is a plus but not mandatory
- Experience with Power BI will be a plus.
