Certifications: BLS
Charting Experience: Epic
- Must have 2 years of MA experience within the last 5 years
- Must have 1 year of Epic experience
- Active and unencumbered CCMA, CMA, NCMA or RMA certification
- Active BLS Certification (AHA only)
- Annual Physical within last 12 months
- Negative TB within last 12 months
- Hep B Series or Titer
- MMR Series or Titer
- Tdap Vaccine within last 10 years or Titer
- Varicella Series or Titer
