W2 Senior Scrum Master

We have an active requirement for Senior Scrum Master supporting our Bank Modernization Program and would welcome CVs.

Role: Senior Scrum Master

Location: Johnston, RI or Westwood, MA (Hybrid/Onsite)

Minimum Experience: 10 Years

Start: ASAP

Key Requirements:

• Minimum 10 years of Scrum Master experience in enterprise-scale programs
• Proven experience in Scrum@Scale or equivalent scaled Agile frameworks (SAFe, LeSS)
• Strong delivery ownership across multiple pods - velocity, predictability, and metrics-driven
• Advanced Jira expertise - backlog, sprint management, and reporting
• Confident with burndown charts, velocity tracking, and delivery dashboards
• Experience leading cross-functional teams and managing senior stakeholder communication
• Hands-on experience working with distributed global teams
• Banking or financial services background strongly preferred
• Active Scrum Master certification required (CSM, PSM II, SAFe SM, or Scrum@Scale)
