Systems Administrator with Security Clearance

Description Netsimco, a Saalex Company is seeking a Systems Administrator in Keyport, WA. Saalex is an Engineering and Information Technology Services company providing Cyber Security, Information Technology, Strategic Operations Research, Wargaming, Training and Education, Range Operations and Management, Engineering and Logistics Services, Data Analytics and Business Intelligence Services to an array of government agencies across every warfare domain.

Position Type: Full-Time Salary: $90k-$135k annually (depending on experience) Work Location: Full-time onsite Responsibilities: The Systems Administrator administers and supports daily operational requirements of computer network systems including workstation, file servers, and web servers. Duties typically involve the installation of hardware, software, systems upgrades, network accounts, network security, and web page design, interface and updates, and local system design documentation.

This administrator will maintain, troubleshoot, and implement network security tools including firewalls, anti-virus, and intrusion detection services. This Administrator trains staff on software applicable to their position, assists customers with information technology, monitors system configuration (hardware and software), and provides instruction on computers and applications.

Requirements Required

• 3 years of professional experience performing system administration of Microsoft Windows Server environment
• Experience with Splunk and/or HBSS
• Microsoft Software Engineering Certification and a minimum of one year of experience in any or all of the following:
• (1) Red Hat Enterprise Linux (RHEL)
• (2) web application server
• (3) network engineering
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Bachelor's degree in Electrical/Electronic/Computer Engineering, Computer Science, or Information Systems Education:
• Bachelor's degree in Electrical/Electronic/Computer Engineering, Computer Science, or Information Systems Security Clearance:
• Active Secret clearance required with the ability to obtain a TS/SSBI clearance. Requirements to obtain a clearance include US Citizenship, security investigation, etc. Benefits
