Role: Duck billing Architect

Location: Boston, MA ( hybrid 3 days per week)

• Lead solution architecture, design governance, integration strategy, and platform roadmap activities for Duck Creek Billing.
• Define best practices, technical standards, and implementation approaches.
• Provide guidance on integration with policy administration, financial, reporting, and downstream systems.
• Design, develop, configure, and support Duck Creek Billing solutions.
• Build integrations, custom components, workflows, and billing-related enhancements.
• Troubleshoot and optimize existing billing functionality while supporting implementation and upgrading initiatives.

Mandatory Skills:

• Understanding of Duck Creek Billing.
• Basic Experience in Duck Creek Policy and claims module.
• Ability to create visual mockups and prototypes for data reporting.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to liaise effectively with stakeholders.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's or master's degree in data science, Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 7-10 years of relevant experience in Duck Creek Billing implementation.
• Proven track record of successful project delivery.
